A: LMYSIGNATURESTYLES is an online styling service that delivers a personalized shopping experience for you and your family.  We handpick items that fit your style, needs and price preferences.  We carefully match your items and create customized looks that you will love-then mail them right to your door.

A: Here's how it works:

Fill out the Style Profile

Complete a Style Profile for yourself or a child.  Completing a Style Profile takes about 10-15 minutes.  Your Style Profile helps us understand the styles you are looking for and your price preference.  If there is more than one person in your family that need to be styled, please complete a Style Profile for each family member.

Pay the styling fee 

Next, pay the $20.00 monthly styling fee.   The $20.00 will be applied to any items you purchase that month.

View your Personalized Showroom

Log into your account at any time to view your personal showroom.  A new selection of items and customized looks will be in your showroom by the 15th of every month for your review.

Purchase what you like

Purchase what you like. The $9.99 styling fee and a 10% discount will be applied to any items purchased.  Free Shipping on Orders being delivered to addresses in the U.S. 

Try everything on from the comfort of your home

When you receive your order, try everything on. Take up to fourteen (14) days to decide what you want to keep and what to send back.

We save you a trip to the store by shipping your customized outfits directly to you.

A: Unlike the other stores and online boutiques out here, we just didn’t want to have a boutique that caters only to specific sizes and body types, rather we’ve added Club Membership to cater to all women, regardless of your body type and size and have added that extra personalization and convenience you deserve!  

We’re not about fast fashion or pushing trends that don’t fit you. We’re about getting to know you over time so we can help you dress the way you’ve always wanted. Each month a new selection of items based on your preferences are added to your personalized showroom.  You can access and view your personalized showroom at any time no matter where you are in the world.  The fact that we ship worldwide allow women around the world to become Club Members and that means that if you are a woman living outside the United States you can still receive the benefits of our personal styling services and build a wardrobe with pieces you absolutely love with our help. 

                                    As stylists we have a pretty good idea which clothing pieces will look best on you, but, let’s face it, you do have the final say. With the automation of our styling services it allow us to present you with a wide selection of items in your personalized showroom we think will suit you best based on your style preferences and that gives you the ability to choose your favorites and then purchase any of those items at your own pace and in your own timing.  That means no more receiving and opening up boxes from other companies and finding that the 3 to 5 pieces that were automatically sent to you were not only your style or preference, but, not at your price point.  With us, you will not have the pressure to try on all pieces within 3 to 5 days and then take the time out of your day to re-package the pieces you do not like in the box it came in and then rush to mail those unwanted items back to the company before you are charged.  We eliminate all the fuss and hassle of running around and allow you to choose and purchase any item you like in your own time and at your own pace – NO PRESSURE!

If you need something specific or if you see a particular item out there that you really like, just take a picture of it and email it to us at customerservice@lmysignaturestyles.com and we will do our best to find it for you.  Also, if you love surprises and prefer receiving automatic shipment of monthly boxes of clothing please indicate that on your style profile and also send an email to customerservice@lmysignaturestyles.com letting us know and we will work with you to develop automatic shipments that meet your needs. Remember, we are here to please you and we want you to look your absolute best.

                                           

                                          Lifetime Discount:

                                          You receive an automatic 10% discount on any item purchase from your personalized showroom as long as your account is active. That means no more having to purchase the entire box of items to get a discount or waiting for sales like the other stores make you do, but, your 10% off lifetime discount is a great way to start.

                                          Q: What brands can I expect?

                                          A: The brands you can expect will all be based on what you indicate on your Style Profile including what your budget is.  Please remember, that some brands command a higher price point than others.  We find that better quality clothing are usually at a higher price point and the clothing at the lower price points sometimes are not as good in quality, so, please keep this in mind when completing your Style Profile.  The great thing about us is that we’re growing and evolving quickly, so, we’ll introduce you to new brands that will bring diversity and freshness to your wardrobe.

                                           

                                          Q: What’s the average price point of an item?

                                          A: Because our Club Members’ tastes are varied, we cannot provide an average price point per item.  We provide Club Members with a selection of items based on their price point and budget, so, it will vary based on each Club Member.

                                          STYLE PROFILE QUESTIONS

                                           

                                          Q: What ages can you style?

                                          A: We style adults and kids, regardless of age and gender.  However, you must be at least 18 to sign up and order items for yourself. We handpicked items that are completely customized to fit your individual preferences and needs.  We choose pieces that will be perfect for your personal style.  


                                          Q: What sizes can you style?

                                          A: We can style all sizes.  When completing your profile please remember to provide the size you wear for each item i.e. tops, pants, jeans etc.

                                             

                                          Q: Do you offer petite size clothing?

                                          Q: Do you offer plus size clothing?

                                           BILLING QUESTIONS


                                          Q: What is the styling fee?

                                          A: The styling fee is $9.99.  We put a lot of effort and time in what we do and the services we provide and we bring these services to you at a very affordable cost. With that said, our styling fee is $9.99 per month. Your styling fee will be credited toward a purchase you make of $9.99 or more that month (please note that $9.99 is the required amount before taxes and shipping are applied).  Let’s face it, we all need clothes, shoes and accessories and we need to purchase them from somewhere.  We shop for these items all the time and spend a lot of money doing it. LMYSIGNATURESTYLES offers you a way to do it that is convenient, a lot quicker, personalized, and much more cost effective.



                                          Q: Does the styling fee roll over if I decide not to purchase anything?

                                          A: Your styling fee can only be applied to a purchase you’ve made that month. It doesn’t roll over to the next month and isn’t refunded.  We work very hard at personalizing your monthly selections so that you find many items you love and can put your membership fee to good use.  

                                           

                                          Q: What payment options do I have?

                                          A: You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.



                                          Q: When will my credit card be billed?

                                          A: Upon signing up, your credit card on file will be charged the first month’s styling fee.  After the first month, we charge our monthly styling fee of $9.99 on the 1st of each month.

                                           

                                          Q: Can I choose the month I want my account to be charged?

                                          A: No, the date you sign up is when your account will be charged and thereafter you will be charged on the 1st of each month.



                                          Q: Can I pause or cancel my styling service?

                                          A: You cannot pause your styling service, however, should you want to cancel your styling service, please email us at: cancel@lmysignaturestyles.com by 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) by the 31st or the end of the month your membership is due to renew.  Please note: if you email us by the end of the month, we will cancel your membership for the upcoming month.  If you email us on or after the 1st of the month, we will cancel your membership for the following month.   We hope you never leave us and hate to see you go.  Please let us know if there was anything we could have done to make your experience happier by emailing cancel@lmysignaturestyles.com

                                           


                                          Q: Why is the cost of the styling service billed up front and on the 1st of each month?

                                          A: Good question! Charging up front and billing on the 1st of each month allows us to make plans with high quality vendors to put together your customized looks at a great price.  Having a good estimate of the total number of customers to be styled helps us in our planning.



                                          Q: Why does my credit card show a $1 charge from LMYSIGNATURESTYLES?
                                          _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

                                          A: Not to worry! That $1 charge is actually just verification.  You will not actually be charged that dollar. It should disappear off your card anytime, but if you see it hanging around on your credit card statement, please feel free to contact us and we'll figure out what is happening.

                                           

                                           

                                          ACCOUNT QUESTIONS



                                          Q: How do I update my billing information?

                                          A:  You can update your billing information at any time from your LMYSIGNATURESTYLES’ account.



                                          Q: I signed up, yet I can’t log into my account. Why?
                                          _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

                                          A: If you are unable to log into your account, first we ask that you check your email for a confirmation of purchase of your membership.  Please email us at customerservice@lmysignaturestyles.com if you do not have a confirmation email, as it’s likely there was a typo in the email address entered during the checkout process.

                                          If you do have the confirmation email, try using the “forgot password” link. This will allow you to reset the password for your account and you should successfully gain access at that point.

                                          If you are still unable to access your account, please email us at customerservice@lmysignaturestyles.com and we can help locate and update your account. 



                                          Q: How do I update my shipping address?

                                          A: You can update your shipping address at any time from your member account page.  



                                          Q: My account is past due.  What should I do?
                                          _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

                                          A: When your renewal is unsuccessfully processed, the account will be put into a past due status. You will receive periodic emails notifying you that we are unable to renew the account where a billing update link will be provided.  While your account is past due it will be on hold from receiving styling services. The billing system will continue to make attempts to the charge the card on file.  When your account is successfully renewed, you will be moved back to active status and begin receiving your styling services again.  However, if after several attempts the system is unable to capture a charge, the account will be suspended with an email notification alerting you about the suspension. 



                                          Q: My account is suspended.  What should I do?

                                          A: An account becomes suspended from receiving styling services when there is an issue billing the credit card on file. To reactivate the service, please update your billing information or ensure that there are no other problems with the credit card that you have on file.  You will receive periodic emails notifying you that we are unable to renew the account.  We will automatically attempt to bill you again  (even if the status is still “suspended”).  If after several attempts the system is unable to capture a charge, the account will be cancelled. 



                                          Q: How do I reactivate my styling services?

                                          A: You can reactive your styling services at any time by logging on to your  account. Please ensure your billing, shipping information is up-to-date when you reactive.  You are charged at the time of reactivation for the styling fee.



                                          Q: What is your cancellation policy?

                                          A: We hope you never leave us and hate to see you go.  Please let us know if there was anything we could have done to make your experience happier by emailing cancel@lmysignaturestyles.com.  If, for any reason, you want to continue with cancelling your monthly membership, you can cancel any time by emailing cancel@lmysignaturestyles.com by 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) by the 31st or the end of the month your membership is due to end.
