SHIPPING POLICY ON U.S. ORDERS

A: All orders are processed, verified, and shipped from our facility within 2-10 business days from the date you placed the order.  

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping is free for all Orders being delivered to addresses within the US. 

Q: How long does shipment take?

A: Orders are processed, verified, and shipped from our facility within 2-10 business days from the date you placed the order.  Once your order has been shipped, you can track your package using the supplied tracking number.  

* Please Note:  We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages.  Please track your package using the supplied tracking number.


Q: How will I know when my order has been shipped?

A: You will receive a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.  You may check your order status by logging into your LMYSIGNATURESTYLES Account.


Q: How do I track my order?

A: You can track your order from the tracking number we provided for your package.  You can also log into your LMYSIGNATURESTYLES Account where you will see your order number and tracking details.
 

Q: What about Pre-Order Items?

A: All pre-orders items have delayed ship time-frames. When purchasing your payment is made immediately to ensure that you are in line to receive the item.  We will let you know when your item is expected to arrive our facility.  Once ready to ship, you will receive an email with the tracking information.  If your order also include in-stock items, all items will ship together when the pre-order is ready, unless, your in-stock item(s) is on a separate order.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be able to see the shipping method/time choices and their prices.  From there you will be to select the shipment method/time of your choice.

A: Orders are processed, verified, and shipped from our facility within 2-10 business days from the date you placed the order.  Once your order has been shipped, you can track your package using the supplied tracking number.  The estimated time of arrival of your order will depend on the shipping method/time you selected at checkout. 

*Please Note:  The time it takes to receive your order includes our processing time the shipping transit time you selected at checkout.  For example, choosing a Next Day Shipping Service does not guarantee you will receive it the day after you place your order.

* Please Note:  Shipping transit time does not include Saturday, Sundays or Holidays.

*Please note:  All international packages may be processed through customs regulations which may cause a slight delay with processing times.

Q: Are there fees for customs and import charges for international customers?

A: Shipping and handling fees charged by www.lmysignaturestyles.com exclude customs, taxes, and additional charges once package exits the United States. 

 

Q: What are Custom Fees?

A: A customs duty is a tariff or tax on the importation of goods. Commercial goods not yet cleared through customs are held in a customs area, often called a bonded store, until processed.  

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom Authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

As far as customs charges, we do not have any control over them, nor know what the charges will be if any.  If your package is being held by customs that mean you need to pay the custom fees in order to retrieve your package. If you don't, the package will be returned to us.
