RETURN POLICY ON DOMESTIC RETURNS


RETURNED ITEMS MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt accompanied by the completed LMYSIGNATURESTYLES Return Authorization Form (included in original package).  Any missing fields from this form will result in delay of processing your return. Please click here to print a return authorization form.

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, free of make-up stains and free of odor or smoke. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled. Items must in a condition suitable for resale.

Merchandise must have its original tags attached and in its original packaging.

Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.

Shoes must be repacked in their shoe box(es) and placed in a protective box. If your return is sent to us without a protective cardboard box, we will not be able to accept the return. 

Hats must be repacked in their hat box(es) and placed in a protective box. If your return is sent to us without a protective cardboard box, we will not be able to accept the return. 

Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

MERCHANDISE THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED includes:  sale and discounted merchandise, formal dresses/gowns, swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, lingerie, accessories, jewelry and LMYSIGNATURESTYLES brand merchandise.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.

Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the return merchandise back to LMYSIGNATURESTYLES.

Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Customer is responsible for re-shipping costs for exchanges, fill out credit card information in the form.

LMYSIGNATURESTYLES diligently inspects all items before shipping therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear, stains, odor and smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

Returns will be processed within 14 business days once we have received your returned package.

All returns will be processed within 14 business days upon receipt of return package to LMYSIGNATURESTYLES fulfillment center. Customer will receive a store credit, minus the shipping costs.  The original shipping fee will also be deducted from the store credit for any order and orders that originally shipped for free.  Store credit is valid for Thirty (30) days from the date the credit is issued and can only be used to purchase items on www.lmysignaturestyles.com.

FINAL NOTE: Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. All lost, damaged or late return shipments will be sent back to customer via ground shipping and not applicable for further returns. We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.
