A: You will find that LMYSIGNATURESTYLES’ prices when compared to other companies are very competitive and very affordable to our customers.  Therefore, offering price adjustments is not necessary. 


Q: How do I use a coupon?

A: After adding items to your cart, click the "My Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.

Q: When will my credit card be charged?

A: Your credit card will be charged once you submit your payment.


Q: What if my credit card is denied?

A: You will receive an error message immediately if there is a problem with processing your credit card. You'll have the opportunity to enter a new card number if this happens.  Please make sure your billing address matches exactly as it appears on your credit card statement, otherwise this will cause the transaction to be declined. Should this be the case, please re-enter the correct billing address. If there are any declined transactions on your account, please contact your bank for further information.


Q: How do I know LMYSIGNATURESTYLES received my order?

A: Once we have received your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. You may also view your order by logging into your LMYSIGNATURESTYLES Account.


Q: Can I modify my order?

A: To add onto an order you will need to begin a new transaction. Note: original transactions cannot be modified.  We apologize for any inconvenience.


Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Customers can cancel their orders by sending an email to cancel@lmysignautrestyles.com  within 24 hours after the order was made.  For example, if you placed an order on our site on Monday January 2nd at 4:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) you have up to Tuesday January 3rd at 4:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) to cancel your order.  We are in an Eastern Standard Time Zone and will adhere to Eastern Standard Time Zone only.  Unfortunately, after the 24 hour time frame has expired, we are unable to cancel an order and we apologize for any inconvenience.  When your order arrives, please follow the exchange instructions for a store credit.

Q: I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

A: Log in to your LMYSIGNATURESTYLES Account to print your receipt/invoice.


Q: My order is missing an item(s).
_____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
A: We have customers ordering every day from our site and sometimes items become out of stock.  If this happens, we will notify you by email.  If an item is not available at that time you placed the order, you will have the option of ordering something else or waiting for the item to be restocked.  Should you want to wait for the item to be restocked, we will ship the item to you as soon as it is back in stock. We remind customers to please keep checking our site and follow us on our Instagram and Facebook pages as we are constantly adding new arrivals to our collections, which, can quickly become out of stock.


Q: My order never arrived?

A: Be sure to log in to your LMYSIGNATURESTYLES Account and check your order status.  If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered" and you have not received your order please contact customer service for assistance by emailing: customerservice@lmysignaturestyles.com.


Q: When will my backorder arrive?

A: Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you.  All of our customers have an option of pre-ordering an item that is out of stock. 


Q: I received the wrong item.
