A: We handpicked items that are completely customized to fit your individual preferences and needs.  We choose pieces that will be perfect for your personal style—regardless of your age.  However, you must be at least 18 to become a member of our Club.

A: We can style women’s sizes XS-XXXL and 0-24.

 

Q: Do you offer petite size clothing?

Q: Do you offer maternity clothes?

A: Yes! Just let us know you would like to receive maternity clothing by including your due date on your Style Profile.  By letting us know when you're due, we can send you the right pieces at the right time and style you throughout your whole pregnancy.



Q: Can I request specific pieces?

A: Each month you can view a new selection of clothing and accessories we have handpicked for you.  If you need something specific or if you see a particular item out there that you really like, just take a picture of it and email it to us at memberservice@lmysignaturestyles.com and we will do our best to find it for you.




Q: What set you apart from the other stores and online boutiques?

A: Unlike the other stores and online boutiques out here, we just didn’t want to have a boutique that caters only to specific sizes and body types, rather we’ve added Club Membership to cater to all women, regardless of your body type and size and have added that extra personalization and convenience you deserve!  

We’re not about fast fashion or pushing trends that don’t fit you. We’re about getting to know you over time so we can help you dress the way you’ve always wanted. We truly take the time to learn your style and listen to your clothing needs.  You will find that our Style Profile is very detail and specific for this very reason because we want to learn as much as we can about your style and type of clothing you want.  We cannot tell you how many times we have heard countless women complain about the boxes they receive from other online stores that contain clothing that didn’t fit their style or clothing that they will never wear or doesn’t contain items that they have requested.  We are different, we do not believe in wasting time and effort of sending you items that we THINK you will love, rather we only send you items that we KNOW you will love and wear!  We take that extra time and pay close attention to your specific styling needs because we want you to continue to look your absolute best!



Q: What is the cost of Club Membership?

A: We put a lot of effort and time in what we do and the services we provide and we bring these services to you at a very affordable cost. With that said, our Club Membership is $49.99 per month. This membership fee will be credited toward a purchase you make from our boutique of $49.99 or more that month (please note that $49.99 is the required amount before taxes and shipping are applied).  Let’s face it, we all need clothes, shoes and accessories and we need to purchase them from somewhere.  As women we shop for these items all the time and spend a lot of money doing it. Our Club Membership offers you a way to do it that is convenient, a lot quicker, personalized, and much more cost effective.



Q: Does the membership fee roll over if I decide not to purchase anything?

A: Your membership fee can only be applied to a purchase you’ve made that month. It doesn’t roll over to the next month and isn’t refunded.  We work very hard at personalizing your monthly selections so that you find many items you love and can put your membership fee to good use.

Q: Can I shop the boutique?

A: Yes!  Absolutely!  In fact, as a Club Member you will be granted access to our exclusive Members’ only site that includes all items on our boutique and a lot more items exclusively for our Club Members.  You will notice that all items on our Members’ only site are discounted at the 20% off lifetime discount rate and you will continue to receive this discount for as long as your membership is active.



Q: If I Want To Change My Style Profile, Can I Do So?

Q: Can I choose the month I want my membership to begin?

A: No, the date you sign up is when your membership will begin and thereafter you will be billed on the 1st of each month.



Q: Can I pause or cancel my Club Membership?

A: You cannot pause your Membership, however, should you want to cancel your Club Membership, please email us at: cancel@lmysignaturestyles.com by 11:59 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) by the 31st or the end of the month your membership is due to renew.  Please note: if you email us by the end of the month, we will cancel your membership for the upcoming month.  If you email us on or after the 1st of the month, we will cancel your membership for the following month.   We hope you never leave us and hate to see you go.  Please let us know if there was anything we could have done to make your experience happier by emailing cancel@lmysignaturestyles.com



Q: Can I become a Club Member if I live outside of the United States?

Q: What’s the average price point of an item?

A: Because our Club Members’ tastes are varied, we cannot provide an average price point per item.  We provide Club Members with a selection of items based on their price point and budget, so, it will vary based on each Club Member.



Q: What types of items can I expect?

A: The type of items you can expect will all be based on what you indicate on your Style Profile.  We ask that answer all questions on the Style Profile honestly.  Remember the more we know the better we can style you.



Q: What brands can I expect?

A: The brands you can expect will all be based on what you indicate on your Style Profile including what your budget is.  Please remember, that some brands command a higher price point than others.  We find that better quality clothing are usually at a higher price point and the clothing at the lower price points sometimes are not as good in quality, so, please keep this in mind when completing your Style Profile.  The great thing about us is that we’re growing and evolving quickly, so, we’ll introduce you to new brands that will bring diversity and freshness to your wardrobe.

 

Q: What payment options do I have?

A: You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.



Q: When will my credit card be billed?

A: Upon enrolling into our Membership Club, your credit card on file will be charged the first month’s membership fee.  After the first month, we charge our monthly membership fee of $49.99 on the 1st of each month.

 


Q: Why is the total cost of the membership billed up front and on the 1st of each month?

A: Good question! Charging up front and billing on the 1st of each month allows us to make plans with high quality vendors to put together your customized looks at a great price.  Having a good estimate of the total number of members helps us in our planning.



Q: Why does my credit card show a $1 charge from LMYSIGNATURESTYLES?

A: Not to worry! That $1 charge is actually just verification.  You will not actually be charged that dollar. It should disappear off your card anytime, but if you see it hanging around on your credit card statement, please feel free to contact us and we'll figure out what is happening.



Q: How do I update my billing information?

A:  You can update your billing information at any time from your LMYSIGNATURESTYLES’ member account.



Q: I signed up to be a Club Member, yet I can’t log into my account. Why?

A: If you are unable to log into your account, first we ask that you check your email for a confirmation of purchase of your membership.  Please email us at memberservice@lmysignaturestyles.com if you do not have a confirmation email, as it’s likely there was a typo in the email address entered during the checkout process.

If you do have the confirmation email, try using the “forgot password” link. This will allow you to reset the password for your account and you should successfully gain access at that point.

If you are still unable to access your account, please email us at memberservice@lmysignaturestyles.com and we can help locate and update your account. 



Q: How do I update my shipping address?

A: You can update your shipping address at any time from your member account page.  



Q: My account is past due.  What should I do?
_____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

A: When your renewal is unsuccessfully processed, the membership will be put into a past due status. You will receive periodic emails notifying you that we are unable to renew the account where a billing update link will be provided.  While your account is past due it will be on hold from receiving any Membership benefits. The billing system will continue to make attempts to the charge the card on file.  When your account is successfully renewed, you will be moved back to active status and begin receiving your Membership benefits again.  However, if after several attempts the system is unable to capture a charge, the account will be suspended with an email notification alerting you about the suspension. 



Q: My membership is suspended.  What should I do?

A: A membership becomes suspended when there is an issue billing the credit card on file. To reactivate the membership, please update your billing information on your member’s page or ensure that there are no other problems with the credit card that you have on file.  You will receive periodic emails notifying you that we are unable to renew the account.  We will automatically attempt to bill you again   (even if the status is still “suspended”).  If after several attempts the system is unable to capture a charge, the membership will be cancelled. 



Q: How do I reactivate my membership?

A: You can reactive your membership at any time from your member’s page. Please ensure your billing, shipping information is up-to-date when you reactive.  You are charged at the time of reactivation for the Club Membership fee.
